The Kenneth A. Holmes Office Building

Paul Kerley has served as president of Salem-based Commercial Property Resources, Inc., for over 20 years. He manages over 1,800 residential units throughout Oregon, with more than 100 employees. A former real estate attorney, Paul Kerley leverages his experience in commercial real estate in managing his extensive asset portfolio. Recently, he purchased the Kenneth A. Holmes Office Building.

Located in the business district of Central Salem, the Kenneth A. Holmes Office Building is a 45,000-square-feet, multi-tenant, Class B property. This building was constructed in 1964 and initially served as office space for Key Title Company before becoming the property of Kerley Properties, LLC, changing ownership for the first time in over 30 years. While occupying the property, Key Title Company was the largest family-owned title company in Oregon.

The Kenneth A. Holmes office building features 22,000 square feet of office space and 182 available parking spaces. The property sold for $3 million, and SMI Commercial Real Estate, LLC, and principal broker, Gabe Johansen, represented Kerley Properties, LLC, during the transaction. Terry Frohnmayer represented the seller.
